Dupuytren contracture

Ahhh, getting old. It ain't for sissies
I have a Dupuytren's contracture on my L pinky, PIP joint to be specific. Bend is about 40*, so I am off to surgery soon.
I am expecting a 3 month return to golf recovery. Anyone have experience with that?

A few added points (those familiar with this will understand) -

Xiaflex is not an option for a few reasons. One is this is in a location one doesn't mess with.

I have a golfing buddy who has this condition. He has had radiation treatment at Hopkins and plays
with a Bionic glove that helps. He plays through it.

I could easily play with this. Doesn't hurt, or affect golf grip. It's the other 25% of my life where it is an issue.

RT does help some. Surgery is definitive, if not 100% successful.
