In need of some help.
I used to wear contacts + Oakley's and that combo worked great for putting and reading greens. However, once my drives, and those of others, got beyond my usual 250, or shorter, or way shorter drives..........I couldn't nail the final location of the ball. ( The contact script was a combo of a distance and a reading leans).
My new contact script we can't get dialed in any better.
Trying an inexpensive basic prescription sunglasses, basic grey progressive lenses, reading greens is a crap shoot.
Therefore, I'm thinking of getting a golf specific prescription color lens with a distance lens only EXCEPT as small as possible a bifocal section at the very bottom just for reading. So to read or write I will have to tilt my head up to access the bifocal. I know this is possible but where I don't know.
Anyone one had success with this process?
Amber or brown is the lens color I see suggested the most and progressive lens as not the best option for golf.
If so, a recommendation for where to buy, a brand, and lens color?
