A lil pricey on that Muni Set. Right idea though by TMAG/Adams. Rec. golfers need that kind of choice. Driver, hybrid, 6i, 8i, PW, SW and putter. I'd saw off that handle on the bag produced by Sunday Golf. I tried one that a buddy had and that goofy handle got in the way of a single strap carry. For range handle is fine for carry golf it sucks.

From the looks of the models (people - not clubs) on their website I'd say they are trying to re-image the brand. A bunch of young urban looking Gen Z and Millennial types. The pricing doesn't fit either demographic well, but seems more in line with the traditional target - middle aged white dudes. Hopefully they are good clubs and work their way back into some successful business model

TM still owns Adams. This is going to be a DTC operation aimed at value minded golfers.

IMO, these look like rebranded versions of the TM RBZ value line... which might be a good thing from a brand perspective. It gives TM the opportunity to recycle the RBZ name back into their premium products the same way they ar with the Burner (or BRNR). It also does away with the "negative" stigma many have of the RBZ line when it was recycled to be a house brand for Dicks. The allows TM to reset their value line in the mind of the consumer in a positive manner. Don't be surprised if you see Adams in the hands of some Champions Tour players eventually.

Also of note, as Adams did purchase what was left of Yes! putters in 2011 before they were bought by TMAG in 2012, these putter offerings feature the exact same C-Groove technology. They actually dug out the original tooling to make sure the C-Groove wa done right.

The only product that could work would be the idea wedge, has a hi-rev 2.0 shaft in it......but stock length 35.25 is too short for me.....the wedge looks pretty good with the milling and grind.

Spuzz as to who they market to ....no doubt, it puts them at a disadvantage to the masses! they have stepped up the driver game since the 721! Not sure about the looks of the crown but 🤔. There fwy woods are legendary and have had some good hybrid offerings here and there!

At least one is able to get a shaft over 60 grams.....although it appears the recent releases = stock air speeder and av blue 65....but if you page down to very bottom they have a good list of no upcharge shafts including the av 75 blue and white. I do t however see an option to process that online which is a bit of a head scratcher, maybe Missed the custom options.

TE pre-owned is a legit way to get your hands on their product at a significant discount and great price!

The hybrid faces are about like a typical fairway wood height. They might look a little on the low side but I don’t think they are too low.

Heck, I've still got a set of Adams New Idea irons and hybrids as well as an Adams Blue driver and a Tight Lies

Don't plan on replacing their shafts in the woods though. They have an odd tip diameter. I liked my driver though.

Why? These are familiar to the brand. No different than what Callaway or any other brand does building off specific models. Epic, Epic Flash, Epic Speed, Big Bertha has been recycled numerous times... SIM, SIM 2, rebirth of the BRNR (Burner). When the new DTC Hogan hit a couple years ago, they recycled the old model names.

I'll be honest, If Callaway was smart, they'd have used the Strata name for their balls instead of Chrome Soft. Same thing with Taylormade (IMO), they should have used the Maxfli name instead of taking the tech and patents and selling the name to Dick's.

I don't care what they call their stuff, Adams has been and still is one of my go-to brands. I've always liked Barbey Adams' approach to the game and his equipment designs. TM seems have kept it somewhat alive as a senior-friendly brand. Their clubs have always come with very good shafts at reasonable prices and you can still get it on the used market in the $12-shipped arena. 😎

Just an FYI, they are owned by TM, not Adidas. Adidas sold TM tp KPS in 2017 who then sold it to Centroid in 2021.

They also own Ashworth FWIW.
