Anyone know of brands / models of blade putters that have offset like what's in the picture? Also, anyone have one lying around they wanna get rid of on the cheap? I need one for my up north bag. Thanks!
If you want a real blade, look at my mac Gregor Iron master post in the swap shop
Shameless plug much? 😄 I'd like to stay with this type of blade design though.
Never stop selling.
Nobody has any suggestions?!? @LBlack14? @sdandrea1? @ode? Jeesh... 😞
I've played cs mallets for years.
What you need is a single bend shaft vs. the multi bend which give offset. My Nickent putter is just that, single bend, but there is no offset. I wish there were more blade options that were heavy, and were straight in, heel shaft, no offset, no bend.
ode Chad, what Nickent do you play?
LBlack14 that's the other thing to consider is center shaft.....Lot more no offset options this way, I love the look of em, have tried a lot of em, but results suffer for me, so I always go back to the heel shafted.
LBlack14 this one-
Nickent Omen Tour TS 1B
The finish and milling on the face is the same/similar to the putter in the box that is coming to you, as the Accusite AS Pro line.....the one I use is just a heavy weight version and has a little post, almost looks like it has a bore. You can see the no offset from the toe view.
Have a look at the half shaft offsets. They are usually shaft over hosel and you don't notice it much.
Lots to choose from.
DTG has some. Inazone 8897 is a Wilson 8802 clone I think.
I have tried many styles but always get back to this style.
Still have (and keeping) TM Nubbins B5, Yes Sophia, Snake Eyes Viper Tour2 and just got a Maltby ASP2.
Finally, some models! Thanks, sir! 😁
Here are several pictures of my current favorite putter. As ode has said a center shafted putter has less offset and that may be an alternative. As to being a cheap alternative, perhaps not, but Bell putters can be purchased new for about $100.
Oh, they are pretty besides, and they work very well.
