    Anyone have a data table of the bracket seedings of final four teams by year over the last 20-30 years?

      UnholyDefenestrator78 I don't, but there are a fair number of places on the web that keep track of that sort of thing.
      This year is definitely an outlier. Most years at least one 1-seed makes the Final Four. The 1-4 seeds are generally much more likely to advance to the Elite Eight and Final Four over the years. The average is 1.7 of the Final Four are 1-seeds.

        scotts33 UConn is going to be tough to beat if they keep it up. I'd like to see UConn/Miami and Fla Atlantic/SD St.....those are the teams playing the best although Creighton and Texas are no lt far behind. Who knows could be up for some amazing games and if Texas loses the 4 is highest seed left😳

              Miami is the team I picking to go all the way. Their comeback against Texas was absolutely amazing! Basketball fundamentals came to the fore... Not one 3 point attempt in the second half and the entire team's free throw shooting was absolutely clutch!

              Fantastic women's game between Iowa and undefeated, defending Champs South Carolina.

              But Iowa had Caitlin Clark, sort of a 50 years later reincarnation of Pistol Pete. Despite South Carolina getting 26 offensive rebounds to Iowa's 6, and despite taking 24 more shots than Iowa, Iowa wins on the strength of 41 points and 8 assists by Caitlin, including four clutch free throws within the last 15 seconds of the game.

              That was something else.
