Remember back in the day, the squadron I was in was all male, even admin, and all maintenance. Then we were assigned a new admin young enlisted person, a female type. Commander called us all in on a Sat to break the news and provide us with some serious counseling (more to the Lts) and remind us of the rules on fraternization. Then we walked through the entire Ops section and remove all kinds of crap from the walls and bulletin boards.
Wasn't until later in my career that women were crew members on the jet. Another change period as there were no toilets on the Buff, just a piss can. You had to bring your own plastic bag if #2 called. Now they have those portable RV duffers, life is too easy now.
