Golf Pride MCC +4 grips

What's the buzz? We have a 9 iron lying around the shop with one on it. I was hitting on the GC2 last week and loved the feel.

I went on the website and they said I measure for a midsize...just barely. The weight difference between standard and midsize is staggering though...52 grams vs. 66 grams. My fitter measures me for +3 wraps anyway so I figure they're the same. The weight though...might rather so standard and throw an extra couple wraps.

Thinking of doing everything with those grips. U guys got any reviews?

I have them on my drivers and fairway woods. I like them. They're good in the humidity here in Florida. I almost put them on my irons, but decided at the last minute to put on GP CP2 Pros instead. The CP2 also has less taper and they're more 'grippy'. I thought the softness would be good for my elbows also. The only problem with the MCC plus 4's is the price IMO.

Aren't they like $10? I thought the Golf Pride New Decade was that too. Seems the going rate for a decent grip.

I've always used GP Tour Velvet....very inexpensive but I'd go for those. Just hate that I'm on the line between standard and mid. I'll ask my fitter about size.

Talked to a few guys today at Golfers Warehouse that love them. Helps the to not hook...which is my miss as well.
