Currently drinking Wild Turkey 101. It's ok at best. I just finished a bottle of Knob Creek and that was pretty good. My go to is Ezra Brooks...love the flavor and the price.
What are you drinking now? What is your go to?
Getting close to the bottom of a bottle of Peach Crown Royal, from Christmas. Pretty good. I want to try the salted caramel, but it's scarce.
Ain't it kinda early?
Drink very little these days, particularly in winter.
I do Enjoy cracking a good craft beer ( hoppy IPA or Rye Ale) once or twice a week.
Will enjoy a nice glass of full bodied red wine with a special meal or when out dining at a restaurant.
LBlack14 peach crown is probably my favorite stand alone at the house. When I’m out I order a lot of double bloody Marie’s. On the course I’ve down graded to white claws or coors lites. I got tired of ruining my back nine scores with strong ipas like space dust. I was getting pretty good at shooting 38/45. I’ve definitely cut down on my drinking. Peach and salted caramel are good and very hit and miss in my area
I’m working on a bottle of Evan Williams Bottled in Bond right now. I usually have some variety of Four Roses around as a standby. A small collection of single malt scotches are on my top shelf.
Never had an alcoholic beverage in my life and I'm not going to start now.
Lately, when in the mood to sip on something, it's been rye whiskeys. Neat, and sipped very slowly to enjoy the heat and flavor. Whistlepig Piggyback 6 year and Redemption Rye. Both inexpensive and both tasty to my admittedly unsophisticated palate.
I rarely drink, but when I do, I like a nip of Jim Beam Red Stag on a chilly day.
Coffee. That is pretty much my go to. If I'm at the course then it's Arizona Arnold Palmer, and water.
I spend more time driving, so I don't really want any alcohol. If I'm drinking, most of the time it's a higher end vodka, or something with a good taste. A white claw would probably work for me.
Was planning to do dry February again this year, but heading to Vegas to golf with Jimengaz1 and Baaab next month, so started this week and will end it early
