Open carry is legal in Pa. I haven't seen anyone at Walmart open carrying a weapon but I have seen it in other places. My area is very safe, but I do carry occasionally concealed. Almost always cc when going to Erie, Pa. On the subject of Walmart, Home Depot, and some others, the people they are hiring these days scare me. Apparently anyone can work there now.
