Hello gentlemen, stuck at home after testing positive yesterday so I thought I would post about black seed oil. Purely anecdotal, but I am the only one in my household who took this stuff and my symptoms were the mildest out of my kids and wife. I was a bit concerned at first because i felt a cough coming on monday and felt it in my chest a little but thankfully it never progressed. Overall, no fever at all this time versus about 0.5 deg increase Celsius last time. Muscle ache in the legs this time versus the whole body ache last time. The only difference is that I have a minor cough this time and no cough last time. Milder for me but a little worse for my wife and kids this time. If I was feeling this way pre-covid, i would be going to work but I know I am likely contagious so I am staying home. My wife tested positive on saturday, I felt a slight cough on monday and then tested positive yesterday. I feel about 80-90% now with just a little leg fatigue but coughing less.
Hope everyone is well and the next time you get covid, and you feel like trying something, put black seed oil on your list. I also overdosed on liposomal vitamin C and did 15-20 min of brisk walking on my treadmill (which helped with the muscle aches), plus continued with my normal 16-18 hours of fasting each day - not sure if anything actually helped but maybe it did. I am also probably the healthiest and most fit in the family so maybe this helped too - who knows.
In the past, pre-covid, there were a few times when I would get a cold and it would get into my chest and I would have a persistent cough for weeks, sometimes so bad that I couldn't lie down without coughing - makes me a believer in this black seed oil or maybe its a placebo effect lol. Anyways, food for thought...
Take care gents!
