Typhoon I have the pro 60 in my M1 and love it because it's one if the only shafts where I can feel it load. Today I hit the Callaway Epic and epic subzero and they had the pro 62 shaft. Felt the same as my M1. Damn nice feeling powerful shaft. Gives me goosebumps when I think of the feel.
scotts33 I like the 2018 Fuji Pro 2.0 for lower driver SS 80 - 95 who want to drop spin some what with a medium feel and feel the shaft load. That kind of shaft for the senior and lower driver SS crowd is hard to find. BUT they ain't GBuzz priced ie $12. π

scotts33 Rickochet Scott is the SS 80 -95 for the R or Sr. flex? I use a R2 60 my speed smooth transition 1.4 sec. 45" driver 86 mph SS. There was a MGS article on the Pro 2.0 in 2018. Maybe you can find that it had information on swing speed ratings. I load shafts smooth.....guys that are quick and snatch aren't going to like this shaft as much. One would go for ATMOS for Regular Joe's or Ventus all of them are high priced but also not ""made for". If you want higher spin then go for Vista Pro.
Weirfan One of the shafts I use in my PXG is a Fuji Pro 2.0, the 6 in stiff. Shaft suits me. Very stable without feeling boardy, great dispersion, penetrating trajectory
scotts33 Weirfan One of the shafts I use in my PXG is a Fuji Pro 2.0, the 6 in stiff. Shaft suits me. Very stable without feeling boardy, great dispersion, penetrating trajectory That is what I found with my paltry SS dropped spin slightly used in a Alpha Vx head those kind of shafts for the older crowd seem harder and harder to find. Though it does come with a price.
scotts33 toraider https://mygolfspy.com/shaft-review-fujikura-pro-2-0/ Thanks....that is the article!
Rickochet scotts33 Thanks....that is the article! Nice article. I had been looking for a shaft for my M2 driver. I found a used Fuji Pro 2.0 5R2 with a TM adapter I have on the way. Not $12 shipped but right at what I consider good for a better shaft. Thanks Mr. Enabler. π
scotts33 toraider Do you use them in FWs too? Tend to use Vista Pro in frwy's as 5 wood 7 wood etal I am not fighting spin I actually need more. I don't use anything frwy-wise lower loft than 19 deg.
toraider scotts33 Thanks, I tend to like SKF TT80s in my FWs. Hard to come by anymore, will be looking for a replacement soon, testing out the SS Series 200 shaft this year.
scotts33 toraider testing out the SS Series 200 shaft this year. Good shaft cheaper. Vista Pro's better shaft but comes at a price. Some of the Alpha branded shafts are also a good lower cost option. toraider I tend to like SKF TT80s in my FWs Shame that Charlie Blume sold SK Fiber the Hireko SK's are UST made shafts from what I know.
mulegolf I love the Fujikura Pro shafts. My first experience with them was when one came in a 2016 TM M2 driver that I bought. It was the Pro 50 and was regular flex. I finally found a shaft that worked for me. I quickly ordered a spare in case something happened to mine. I then bought a M2 HL 3wood that came with the Reax shaft which was a Fuji Pro 55 in M flex. I loved that one too. I hit it so well that I decided to try a Sr. flex in my driver as well and found one on ebay. It's now my #1 shaft in my M2 driver. I then decided to try a Knuth Golf High Heat driver and 3 wood. The driver came with a Vista Pro which I've never had good luck with. Sure enough, I didn't like it at all but the 3 wood had a Pro 53 shaft which I really liked, so I found another Pro 53 shaft for the driver. It improved that driver by leaps and bounds. I accidentally came across another Pro 50 senior flex shaft while searching for something else and decided to buy that one too. I now have a couple of Pro shafts as spares and intend to use them when/if I get another driver someday that has a shaft that I don't care for.
CallMeAl I have the Fuji Pro xlr8 56 in both my TS1 and my Epic Flash. I would love another for my G400! Plus I use the Pro H95 in my Hybrids! Nice ones are getting scarce.
Typhoon Just make sure if anyone orders the xlr8 shaft they get it with the black and yellow graphics. The all black is a Cobra made for that is a piece of crap. I ordered one a couple years ago through Global Golf, the picture showed the yellow and black. They sent me all black. I called it told them, they didnβt disagree, and they took it back.
scotts33 Rickochet I found a used Fuji Pro 2.0 5R2 Remember this is not a good shaft for quick tempo fast transition times (hitters) especially at lower SS. Good luck with it and let us know how it goes.
Rickochet scotts33 Remember this is not a good shaft for quick tempo fast transition times (hitters) especially at lower SS. I am aware of that. My old geezer arse has graduated from the quick tempo fast transition times. I am looking for a smooth swinger shaft. If it doesn't work I will find it a new home. π
KCee scotts33 Remember this is not a good shaft for quick tempo fast transition times (hitters) especially at lower SS. So what's good for an old dude that still has a too quick tempo? I just keep using/transplanting what I was fitted to back in 2016: Accra FX370 M4 in driver and Oban Devotion 7 04 in 3 wood. Pricey shafts, but so is buying and trying a lot.
d5n03 CallMeAl Thatβs the same stock shaft that is in an M2 2017 driver that I won in a tournament raffle last season. Surprisingly good shaft for my swing. My SS is in the 85-90 range. Shaft is R-flex.
Rickochet Rickochet I am aware of that. My old geezer arse has graduated from the quick tempo fast transition times. I am looking for a smooth swinger shaft. If it doesn't work I will find it a new home. π On second thought if it doesn't work out in the M2 I might lengthen it and play it in one of my 175g heads at 47.5" π
