Looking for differences between 0211 driver and gen4 0811x or xf. I’m not a big hitter usually play regular flex so the real low spin is of no interest

Distance = G4 X is maybe 5 yards longer than the 0211. Have not hit the G4XF, but from what I have read, it is pretty close to the 0211 with the addition of the weights.

Sound = 0211 is louder. Not the worst I've heard by far, but isit is annoying compared to the Gen4.

Forgiveness = G4X is slightly more forgiving than the 0211. As for G4X versus G4XF, I've not hit the XF, but the G4X is much more forgiving than prior Xs. I doubt the XF is much better.

Summary, the G4X > G4XF > 0211.

Wow, just looked up the prices, and the Gen4 is $10 less than the 0211 now. That is an easy choice then.

    Sparky appreciate it bud. I just pulled the trigger on a gen5 xf and a 0211 hybrid. Might add the fairway wood at some point but my xxio is behaving well.

      Everything I read and my pxg guy confirmed is that you might leave a couple yards on the table with the xf versus the x, but the xf is more forgiving. At the prices that the gen4 series is going for I wouldn't bother with the 0211.

        backinit I hit the 0211 when they first lowered the prices on that line and yea it was loud and forgiving like a Ping, which makes sense after all. But loudness aside I had nothing bad to say about it.

            There’s a Rick Shiels YouTube review on the 0211 and he gives it a good review. Wouldn’t kick his Ping out of the bag but for the money (especially now), it’s a good deal for a new driver.

              Typhoon that's pretty much the feedback I've gotten as well, 0211 more like a Ping sound/feel and shape. It looks quite a bit like my Ping G, which has a deeper face vs. the Gen 5 and gen 2 that I've seen in person.
