I've used Devcon, in the past, and it worked every bit as good as any. But, I've noticed it is not available at Lowe's now, in the same form, and wonder if it has been discontinued. It had the 2300 psi tensile strength & was good for metal, ceramics, etc.. It broke down at a 'normal' low temp for easy shaft pulling.
And like my Bramptons, never failed. (just HAD to throw that in😄)
Oh, and it smelled like skunk piss when mixed.
