CBD gummed to relax during a tournament?

I thought I saw a post about somebody using code gummies to relax during a golf tournament. Did it work?

I’m a geezer I guess (66). I take a THC gummy edible every night before bed and sleep like a baby. The edibles I take are by a company called Wyld. In Oregon, cannabis is legal and there are dispensaries on every corner it seems. Haven’t smoked weed since college and have no desire to get high now. But these edibles that I take don’t get you high, just relaxed and very sleepy. I think they also help with aches and pains that come with geezerhood 😆

I’d help if I could, but have really only used NSAIDs for pain management and nothing for relaxation. I did use bourbon for both, but stopped that about 20 years ago due to undesirable (to the wife) side effects.

Definitely take half a gummy, and wait for 3 hours. I've met more than a few who have had an edible and didn't feel anything for an hour so they had another. Have half and wait, don't eat more.
