We've usually only used a crock pot for roasts and such plus an occasional stew. I got the craving for a crock pot chicken the other day so I picked up some boneless thighs, baby carrots, baby red potatoes, and a red onion. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cooked on high for 4.5 hours with chicken broth. Came out very good. Going to use the crock pot more often now.
