are there any .335 single bend putter shafts around or do I have to buy a straight .335 and bend it myself. I have 2 persimmon putter head that need shafting.

.335 steel single bend? That’s gonna be a tough find.

brownmoose13 You could take a putter shaft and use a dremel cutting wheel to make slits on the tip and squeeze fit.

How about cutting off a .335 graphite shaft tip and gluing it in the head and sanding the upper end to fit inside a .370 steel single bend shaft? Or get a piece of solid aluminum rod and do the same.

brownmoose13 No damage with a reamer. It's only 3/8 -1/2 deep. At least most are that.
And if they are wood, I'd have had them done days ago with a drill bit, instead of fretting over them like the old woman you are acting like with them.

tell me about it. I contacted 2 companies that sell shafts and asked them if they could single bend the shaft and then I would cut the length. You thought I was asking the impossible as I know that steel shafts can be bent but trying to find someone that knows more than stick and glue is getting tough.

You can bend it by hand. Correct width slot in wood work bench keep working back and forth quickly friction build up will heat and slowly bend. It does take some practice but can be done. Use a thin walled .335 wood shaft stepped if you can find a Apollo Shadow Lite A/R. I started way before cut n glue. ☺

so far I can't find the Shadow Lite...only the stepless steel driver shaft which may be better than nothing so I will keep looking

I like the junior shaft idea, thanks. I was also told to call Louisville Golf as they have these shafts since it is a Louisville model. so far an email and 2 calls with no response. and its been 6 days. Whatever happened to customer service...don't ask!!

Scotts33 may know more about what is going on with Louisville Golf these days. I think the company was sold a few years ago and is no longer the family owned company it once was.

Louisville Golf is now owned by Jeremy Wright not the Just family previous owners and founders. I wouldn't expect to hear from them.

You are going to come up your own ideas and do the labor. .335 wood shafts are not manufactured now True Temper might be doing a few but unsure on that. See eBay for NOS. Or do as Rex suggested drill the seat out and reshaft it's a putter you aren't going to put a lot of stress on it.
