It was a gradual process for me to become shorter, yet.
I lost maybe 1.5% of my height since getting over 60. Noticed that my posture and muscle tone changed every year after the age of 50. Lost a lot more lean muscles since 61. Wife said my arms and legs used to felt like a tree trunk to her, now it's getting more like a marsh mellow .
Thought about getting back to the work out regiment and lifting weights, maybe just the simple exercise I did when I was younger
Done most of these but not all. The basic was to move hand positions from the side of body to the front and back toward the hip width between the hands also played an important part.

All of that, thought about it carefully and decided not to try to look like a 30 year old. Body is tired and worn, putting more stress on it will not do any good but the looks. Wife also advised me on the cardio vascular part of it, the parts are older, no need to put extra stress on them but keep them lubricated.
Thought about the magic formula of testosterone supplement, no meed for that if I don;t want to regain muscle.
I'll let the nature take it's course and accept the fact that I'll need to play forward tee sometime.
