Seems fake, from China is the first clue and the price of course. Generally honma Beres are very expensive, especially anything with gold. I'm guessing a 10pc set should be worth at least $2 or $3k

Found these at global golf for $5K. Big difference I see is the "Honma" is in gold on the globalo golf ones.

Seller Based in Sri Lanka and shipping is from Hong Kong, hana_kaori has been an eBay member since Jun 14, 2014 and only has 121 transactions in that time period??? 100% rating of 61 items but everything is a "private listing" so no way to actually check...Doesn't pass the "smell" to me...

There are several more offers of these clubs on ebay and most of the pictures show ferrules that are different from others.

Ask the seller for real pics of the face of those irons. If they actually send you some legit photos, you will see pitting as well as unclean/rough groove edges more than likely. You can also ask for the serial number and give Honma a call to confirm.

Go to a local wrecking yard and find the most rusted out, beaten up car you can find and tape a sign to back end that says, "Ferrari." Then write the seller and ask him if he'll do a straight across trade.

I wasn't planning on actually ordering these as I had just the night before ordered XXIO 11 irons but I noticed them when going back to the site. They are sure nice looking but I couldn't believe they were real for that price and like others mentioned, the ferrule trim rings were different. Someone must have made a lot of these though because there are several
sites offering them.
