I did not have to mask up at my orthopedic doc's office last week.
A person wearing a mask around here sticks out like a boner in sweat pants.

mask wearing has really died down here. I remember for our Tampa golf trip back in Feb, lots of people were still wearing masks here, but not sure I saw any in Florida. I will wear mine in a crowd, but I try to avoid crowded places so I'm not wearing mine except for at the airport or a Costco trip.

I'm finding some of these recent "masking" posts interesting. Seems folks have forgotten the purpose. I wear my mask for you, you wear your mask for me. I don't believe they provide the wearer with much protection.

If you are talkin’ homemade, etc masks, then they do not provide much protection at all. But, the N95 medical grade DO - for the wearer and those around them. My preference when in the company of public sickies. 🥴😷

Went to the doctor today it’s definitely mandatory in there. Other than that you’d have the last mask around here

DonM Not fear, per se. My division consists of j st me and one other doc. She has been working hard, covering inpatients and outpatients while I am away on vacation.
If I were to contract it, even if I felt fine, I would have to isolate for at least five days, which would increase her burden. That wouldn't be fair, so like am trying my best not to put that on her.
