I get my sox at Costco or BJs. They're usually Champion or House brand. I like the Iow cut that have a little edge of extra material on the top of the heel to keep them from crawling down into the shoe.
I do have a pair of Footjoy Contours that are spikeless and styled like a loafer/boat shoe. I wear them sockless (commando?). Very comfy.
