sdandrea1 I found that the difference in heft between my graphite-shafted irons and steel-shafted wedges was big enough to confuse my muscles/brain, so that I struggled with the transition.
What I see from most golfers that use light weight graphite 50 - 60g in their wedges is a lot of rush from the back swing to impact and then a oh-no moment and chili-dip. Basically cuz they can't feel the club nor head. Maybe if one works on this for a long time it could be curbed. Talking short pitch shots and chipping around green which is where shots are saved up and down kind of thing.
