Today was a greaT day at Estrella Mt Round Vin Man and I tied Ali and Pete on the front 9

Went all square against Ali in a epic duel . Had him down one on 17 and then decided on 18 to not keep the drive in play on the largest fairway on the course 😞😞😞. And ended up going all square . It was our 3rd classic duel over the years and really fun

Vinman felt sorry for the Canadian and donated him a 2-1 win 🤣

My understanding is somehow the east team sandbagged their way to a 4.5 to 4.5 tie and retained the cup that continues to stand proudly in my office 🤣👍

Tomorrow we try to repeat for the red hat with my partner Kenny. Looking forward to one of my favorite courses We KO Pa 👊👊👊

    Kenny only had one outburst this morning. Not a club throw, but a loudly cursed club slap on the tee box. 😎

        Another fun week has ended. It was wonderful to make it back after a 2 year absence due to c19 restrictions.

        A great group of gentlemen that typically only see each other once annually but who share an uncommonly tight bond. I am proud to call them friends and brothers.

        To Darthfader, Darkside, and Tapin.....thank you for coming out .....we all enjoyed having three FGI Legends re-connect.

        To Customgolf ( keeper of my clubs ) and JackZ thanks for the efforts to get my sticks to me Tuesday.

        To my roomies, Hobbit, Jamez and D-Wayne.....good times. Thanks Jamez for driving.

        Last and certainly not least, to Rick = Hobbit, a HUGE thanks for all the work you go through to set this week up, booking courses, setting up teams, dealing with the numbers and last minute changes, handicap spreadsheets and scorecards and so much more....we all are truly grateful for your efforts to make this week run so smoothly and be so much fun.
