DonM I tend to play for the middle of the green. Every time I go for the pin, I get hosed. Still trying to figure out the game theory here.
Yeah I've tried playing both ways. If you want to make sure you get the word within 5-6 then letter elimination is probably best......although Wordle has had a penchant for using the same letter multiple times.
I sort of feel like I'm playing a skins game. If I don't get it in 2-3 tries then it doesn't matter because someone else will. In that case if I have 2-3 letters then my next guess is going to be a word using those in hopes of hitting it.
