      Just finished a quick range session in 50* weather with the RT demo 7 irons.

      The R-flex Caliber RT in the STi2 head launches mid high and feels very good. Me likey so far.
      Next opportunity, I'll do a shoot out with the Ventus/P790 combo. 🏌

      I have a bad feeling that these demo RT shafts will do damage........to my wallet. 🙄

        Just a FYI, I left the lofts stock on those heads (32*) when you’re comparing to your TM clubs.

          Finished another quickie test on the range today in 45* weather, ugggg.

          The RT shaft (in the STi2) is hard to ignore. It clearly had better feel and launch than the Ventus shaft (in the P790).
          I hope to try the RT shaft on the course over the next several days in the 7i to verify what I think about it.

          Whoever decides to test this shaft(s) will be pleased. If you're ready for a reshaft, it is a must try.

            I’m eager to hear the on course testing. I’ve used the 95 all last year and really liked them.

              Cool (52*) and breezy today, but managed to hit the RT/STi2 7i twice on the course.
              Flushed one and it flew exactly as I'd hoped - mid high and nice flight pattern. Felt great.
              I'm planning to hit the range tomorrow and enjoy hitting the combo. I've hit the STi2 with
              other shafts and there is no comparison in feel with those heads. I hope they come out in
              a cheaper finish. 😉

              Another opportunity today to hit a few on the range and in the course of a 9 hole round.
              The feel and accuracy is still impressive. If you need a slight boost in trajectory in your
              chosen flex, it would be hard to find a nicer shaft. Mikeintopeka, hopefully, will be joining me
              for a round on the 15th and I'll give him a go with these demos to get another perspective.
              Oh, yeah, the wedge RT demo is a pleasure to hit, plenty of spin and good feel right from the start.

                    I've had a chance to hit a few, but yes it is very good on partial shots. I do like it on full shots.
                    The Maltby wedge head is no slouch either.... 😉

                      Had another short range session and hit the RT shaft/STi2 demo 7i with about 10 shots.
                      It is a consistently good feeling shaft that flies with a mid high trajectory on stock shots.
                      It makes the STi2 feel about as good as it can. ++

                      Buzzer Mikeintopeka will join me for a round tomorrow and will be providing his own assessment
                      in this thread if things work out. 🏌

                        Yes, Mikeintopeka hit the 7i/RT R-flex and said he would post his thoughts when he has a chance.

                        For those on the fence about the demo, the RT shaft is definitely worth a try. Great launch.
                        I'll be sending these along to the next tester when I get back on March 1st or so. Thanks JCole.

                          It has been a pleasure testing these and I highly recommend the RT shafts and the Wedge head too. 🏌

                          Just a little update:

                          There’s gonna be a 65 gram weight Rapid Taper added to the lineup. It’s currently in the testing stage and will be available in A/L flex.

                          There will possibly be a 110 spin wedge shaft along with a possibility of Rapid Taper wood shafts. These are in testing stages….

                                What I’ve been told is the wood shaft will be a butt soft design. I think they’re trying to iron out the rest of the profile….
